Some assignments may require our investigators to enter venues such as restaurants, bars, clubs or other locations where an entrance fee or purchase is required.
Whenever these expenses are necessary for the successful completion of the investigation, they are discussed with you in advance and included in the quotation upon your approval.

In certain situations, multiple investigators are required. Complex surveillance, extended monitoring or operations involving the simultaneous coverage of multiple locations or individuals may require the presence of more than one investigator.
When multiple investigators are required, we explain this organisation in advance and seek your approval before the assignment begins.
Our agency accepts payment by bank transfer, cash (within legal limits), PayPal for urgent assignments (additional fees may apply), and Twint. A deposit is required to initiate the assignment.
